Hi, I’m Floyd Bundrant — an engineer, small business owner, and real estate investor based in Colorado. I currently own and self-manage rental property and am actively expanding my portfolio using BRRRR and long-term buy-and-hold strategies. I’m especially interested in out-of-state investing, with a focus on markets in the Midwest that offer strong cash flow and long-term potential. I bring a systems-driven mindset from my engineering background and enjoy finding efficient ways to manage and scale. Outside of real estate, I run a laser engraving business and serve as the treasurer for a nonprofit that supports arts and culture in Northern Colorado.
