I'm employed by NYC, and have no intention of quitting my job before retirement age (assuming I never hit the lottery). However, I would like to build a real estate empire (even if I do hit the lottery) that will provide a wealthy retirement for my wife and myself, and a ready-made future for my children, should they choose to get into real estate.
