About myself
I started in property management in 1973, managing a 320 unit apartment community in Houston, Texas while earning a bachelors degree in Behavioral Management Science from the University of Houston. I have been a real estate broker in Texas since 1976 and have been involved in the management, brokerage and lending on hundreds of millions of dollars of commercial real estate. I will apply my experience to your special circumstances to help you maximize the return on your real estate investment dollars. I have been a licensed real estate broker since 1976. I am currently engaged in private money lending and workout loans for Texas real estate.
