I also share my expertise as a lecturer in financial engineering applied to Commercial Real Estate and serves on the boards of several companies. With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge that I apply to my roles, leveraging my insights as an investor in various real estate projects. My investment experience includes projects in ground-up development, multifamily, single-family homes, hotels, mobile home parks (MHP), commercial properties, industrial, and other sectors. Previously held positions in the lending and investment department at Royal Bank of Canada, where I gained valuable insights into underwriting, due diligence, risk-adjusted return analysis and risk management practices. My expertise spans various aspects of commercial real estate investment, including market analysis, financial modeling, debt modeling, risk management, and portfolio optimization.
