About myself
I have invested in my first multi family 3 UNIT. Cash flowing it's been about 2 years have learned a lot through tenant management. I have used many different tactics I have learned here on BP. Looking to invest in an out of state property,and develop a piece of land we own, into 4-5 single family homes.
