My name is Frankie Paterno, I am a 28 year old real estate entrepreneur based in Staten Island, NY. I currently own $2.7 million in rentals and am currently developing $7 million in new construction along side my mentor. These projects have allowed me to sharpen my skills in development, location, deal structuring, and long term asset growth.
