I am a new real estate investor looking to diversify my investment portfolio to include rental properties. I own a restaurant in the Marion area, which allows me to have a steady income for investing, but limits the time available to actively invest the funds. I am a graduate of Thee Ohio State University. I was born and raised in Marion, Ohio and currently reside here. My short-term goal is to acquire at least one rental property a year that I can manage myself to learn about the industry and gain experience. My long-term goal is to be able to retire early and pass the wealth on to my future family.
