I am a real estate investor, I currently have a total of 3 doors. My strategy is "buy and hold", with the goal of generating 4k-5k per month in passive income, to start, and build generational wealth for my family. I am focused on multi-family rental income. I am looking for occupied units with a respectable annual return that beats the market. I am currently managing my own investments but look forward to utilizing a property manager as I scale.
