Hi I'm Franklin, I have been following the BP community on and off for a several years and started my RE investing journey 17 years ago and made it to 7 Single Families but eventually had to liquidate for reasons I won't get into. I stepped away for way to long and became very dependent on my W2 and did very well. However, I wasn't internally satisfied and finally decided to make my way back to Real Estate with a stronger focus and jump all in and pivot away from my 9-5 and now am a Mortgage Loan Originator and Realtor, which has allowed me to focus on other aspects of my development. My closest friends think I'm crazy for this shift away from corporate, but they are still supportive, and my wife is totally behind me, which is the catalyst that I need. Would love to connect and learn from others or be a support for lending needs for other investors.
