Embarking on a career in Real Estate is proving to be both challenging and fruitful, there is always something new to learn. Along with learning how to best represent and market a property I am selling, I am also learning a great deal about how to work with buyers to help them achieve their dreams. I now hold the NAR's Military Relocation Professional certification. This certification focuses on educating real estate professionals about working with current and former military service members to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and take full advantage of military benefits and support. I am also building a solid network of wholesale buyers and sellers for both fix & flip properties as well as buy & hold, I actively seek out daily education and experience in these two genres allowing me to share my resulting knowledge and experience with others. Previously I was a Proven IT industry professional with a solid history of founding startups in web hosting, SaaS, conference/trade show development, production & promotion, service industry, finance and most recently, full time Realtor after years of thinking "I could do that". A visionary serial entrepreneur & self-professed startup fiend with a successful track record of putting together the right teams of people to build successful companies, able to develop the niche if none exists. Most commonly found drinking coffee or spending time with his 3 youngest children if not working. Always studying something new and with a solid belief that if you learn nothing new that day, it was a wasted day.
