After a brief stint as a Real Estate Agent, I have chosen to split off to do property investing. I have bought/sold 6 properties so far, and been involved in many more transactions. I am mainly interested in BRRRR method of investing. Currently looking to get in contact with hard money lenders, contractors, and anyone looking to sell houses needing rehab. I would also be looking to work with anyone who can teach me more. I have a good bit of knowledge on rental properties, but only a little bit on the BRRRR method (especially the hard money and rehab side of it). I served for 8 years and I am a Wounded Warrior who is looking for a way to supplement my family's income and a good strategy to build wealth that can be passed on to my kids.
