I am a 77 year old former telecommunications engineer and Long Range Planner. I have been retired and enjoying the "good life" for quite some time now. My granddaughter, Griffin, who is now a teenager, was born with Sturge Weber Syndrome. Our family is searching for a way to provide for Griffin's long term care. Investing in real estate is the best solution we can think of. Since I know very little about real estate investing I will study until I develop the courage. I will then invest in a minor property and grow from there. Just received the book titled "Rental Property Investing" and am excited to begin the journey.
