I am 23 years old. I recently bought my first home(3 beds 2 bath) with a VA loan. 80k. My initial plan is just to pay this off and to make it a rental property and then move on to the next property. I am here to learn as much as i can and to meet new people who can give me advice. Eventually i want to be at the position where i can buy atleast one property a year.
