Fred Helm

Hi, my name is Fred Helm and I am the Principal Broker and Owner of Landmark Real Estate –I got into real estate after retiring from a long career in public service serving my city for 25 years. I learned a lot about compassion, working with people, and creating win win solutions in the process. I fell in love with real estate because I am passionate about revitalizing communities and bringing properties back to life. Our ultimate goal is to provide honest, fair, and hassle free solutions while making an impact in the lives of others. I believe if you are sincere in your business and you SERVE first, you will succeed. Our company is no different. I have always been instilled with a strong desire to help others. I was born and raised here in the river city and I would like to think I do not have the typical “We Buy Houses in Louisville, KY” company. We are a family own company who follow family values.
