I am a new investor in the Louisville, KY area. I came across BP on Youtube and listen daily to the podcasts. I'm looking for deals the hold and rent or flip. 12/20/17 update: I currently have 6 SFR houses in Shepherdsville and Louisville that I manage myself. I am always on the lookout for deals that will bring me cash flow. I currently like to find deals that meet a 1.5% rule. If you have something available that meets that criteria, please reach out to me. I am also available to do some research on a property or manage it for you. I have lived in Louisville my whole life and have worked in the cable communication business for 15 years. So I know a lot of the areas that are good investments and the areas that are not so good.
