About myself
I am a retired Industrial Tech Teacher, because of my hands on skills I have been able to do all the repairs, remodels and management of the rentals. My wife and I started investing in Silicon Valley Real Estate in 1968. The first purchase was for $25,000 with $2000.00 down and a $10.00 a Mo positive CashFlow.
