Started in the Mortgage and Real Estate Industry in 2004. Currently Lead/Mentor a National Educated Investing Team of over 150 individuals and am part of a Community Network of like minded individuals. Lastly, I firmly believe that Real Estate Investing is a TEAM Sport and additional ingredients for success include: Strong Quality Real Estate Investing Education System (Knowledge), being a Full Time Investor, treating this industry as a Business and always paying attention to the Trends to stay ahead of the curve and not just reactive in nature.
