We also cater to passive & active investors looking to transact SFR & MFR, commercial and notes. As an investor, I am experienced in ultra-luxury redevelopment in the Hollywood Hills area, syndicated commercial investments and non-performing notes. In my spare time, I co-run FIBI South Bay, a real estate club with ZERO sales pitches. I am also a damn good cook.
