I have a full-time job and do real estate investing to create long term wealth. I have completed a home flip, 4 unit BRRRR and just completed a 6 unit mixed use that my business partner and I turned into a 10 unit all residential. We have put together a small syndication with friends and family to purchase a smaller asset in San Diego. Working on flipping 2 condos in North Carolina as well while looking for out of state rentals that are more cash flow specific.
