I've been investing in real estate (SFR) for close to ten years. I am currently interested in all things BRRRR with strong cash flow (must meet or exceed the 1% rule). I'm based in Austin, TX, but operating nationwide. I prefer smaller deals, that I can easily assess and execute with a clear business plan that should fit in the back of a napkin. No heroics, no rockets to mars, just simple real estate that fulfills the basic function of the asset while returning strong cash flow. Then rinse and repeat. I only deal with honest partners, all others, please look elsewhere.
