I am 24 years old and decided to become a Real Estate Investor at 19 while I was in college. These 5 years have been a lot of learning. Learning about systems, terms, plans, networks, net-worth, cash flow, and everything that makes a millionaire real estate investor. I spent the first few years learning about single-family and even did a few wholesales myself. I worked under a mentor whom I helped create investment flyers and marketing to attract investors for his flipping business. Then I got introduced to multi-family and markets of scale so I have been studying that and started my own company, Stratford Capital Partners, LLC. A big passion of mine is making music and art. I also love to learn about esoteric knowledge, love to read books to increase my knowledge which will turn to wisdom. Overall, I am focused, determined, and visionary. Currently I am seeking investors to syndicate an apartment deal in an emerging market outside of California.
