Gabriel Aponte

My name is Gabriel Aponte, I live and invest in the Philadelphia area. I enjoy the many dimensions of real estate from the development, to the architecture to the many financial benefits that are created from owning real estate. I've done one flip in my life and I currently own several income properties. My current portfolio include 1 triplex, 2 duplex’s, 2 condos and several single family dwellings. I am also a Realtor with Keller Williams, which is something I find very enjoyable. Whether it is helping my client purchase their first home or assisting them with their first investment property. I truly enjoy the whole process.
