I'm a happily married father of three. I love a challenge. I'm an entrepreneur at heart. I have started and run three businesses in the past 15 years. I currently own and operate a screen print shop that specializes in textile printing and I am in the process of launching a new brand of coffee. I like working, but I am looking for an investment and business that will give me passive income and hopefully a great retirement. My goal is to retire financially free by 2025. After much research, ( a ton of podcasts and dozens of books) I keep coming back to real estate. After all, it is the most historically proven asset class.
