New Real Estate investor looking for great cash flowing properties in the Sioux Falls, SD area. Just had my first offer accepted. Looking to close September 4th. Recap after 8 months in my investing career: I've purchased 2 single family homes and 3 duplexes (8 units). In January of 2022, I'm renovating my first 2 duplexes that I purchased in May of 2021 and will be selling around the April/May time.
