Gardy Saturne

What's up BP Family. I'm investing in the Cleveland and Columbus OH market. I focus on finding off-market opportunities and leverage capital to take the deals down. Outside of real estate I like spending a lot of time with my son, working out and running. I'm always open to connect with like-minded individuals to learn and share whatever I can. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Let's get some deals across the finish line ! My Primary Markets are. - Cleveland OH - Columbus OH. At this current moment I'm looking to grow my network with other investors, contractors, attorneys and property managers in these areas. If there is anything I can do to help out let me know.
