My primary background is in structural engineering and I've developed a diverse personal study of real estate, economics, marketing, sales and leadership. My wife and I are currently pursuing the purchase of our first rental property with our primary property search region being Minneapolis-St. Paul and the surrounding suburbs. More specifically the Northwest corner of the suburb area. Together, my wife and I have a firm grasp of the benefits and potential pitfalls to be aware of when researching properties and evaluating their potential to turn a profit whether it be a quick flip or holding for rental income and equity. We just need to make the first move at this point.
