Hello, I found out about BiggerPockets through listening to the podcast. I'm here to learn all I can about fix-and-flip and buy-and-hold rentals to help achieve my goals of financial freedom. Experience: I'm a Realtor with eXp Realty of California, Inc., looking for my first deal to get me started with my Real Estate Investing. Real Estate Goals: My biggest goal is to be financially free and obtain all the knowledge and skills needed to be efficient and successful in House Flipping. I also am looking to obtain enough Rental properties to have the cash flow needed in order to leave my full time job. Currently Seeking: I am currently looking for my first deal while furthing my education, and I hope to find an investor who I can work/partner with in the near future.
