Garrott Nalle

I'm a 28 year old guy living in Lubbock, TX. I joined this site to connect with like-minded people interested in various real estate investments in and around the Lubbock and Texas market. I recently quit my cushy bank job as a commercial lender to go learn the house building trade from a local successful builder. On the side, I’m also a realtor that runs a short-term property management company (House Chaser Short-Term) and am avid DIY’er. I also enjoy working on renovation projects and learning all that I can to make myself a better future home builder. Outside of my interest in real estate, I do custom leatherwork as my creative outlet. My other hobbies include CrossFit, backpacking/camping, and reading.
