I have always thought there are better ways to live and make money instead of 9-5. About 30 years ago I dropped out of college to get married (still married!) and get on with our lives. We had no money. We were so happy when a friend rented us a 1960s 10X50 mobile home that leaked for $25/month. At the time, I was working at Radio Shack, but knew things would be better. Long/short, I now own a six-figure medical billing business and work from home about 25 hours/week. BUT, now I am into the FIRE movement and being 50 years old, I need to get this quick. I have owned a seven unit complex, taken classes on how to buy mobile home parks and keep my pulse on real estate by investing in REITs and through a lending platform. I am interested in learning more about storage sheds or other investments that will bring me monthly income. That is my goal, no less than $5K/month, coming back to me.
