I was originally interested in real estate due to the late night guru's, but I got a license and worked for Century 21 for 4 years. I purchased a house in Riverside, but short-sold it when it went upside down. I'm no longer licensed and wasted $$$ thousands taking real estate courses with Noveau Riche, Tommy Vu, Russ Whitney, and Robert Kiyosaki. The only thing I learned, but never tried was to use an Option Purchase and a Double Escrow. I'm interested in purchasing the Bill Vaughn Real Estate Course that is now only $89.95 with 2-days of mentoring, but what I really want to do is find someone local in California, who is flipping or wholesaling, and is willing to give guidance.
