About myself
I have had a home repair and construction business since 1998. I bought my first rehab in 2001 and also my first 4 family in 2001. I have been out of the real estate market since 2007. 2019 I purchased another rehab/rental. I just sold it in 2021 with the market being good to cash out. I am looking to step up my investing this year and beyond.
