Just moved from South Florida to Colorado Springs Colorado I own a home in Florida and am currently renting it out. I have always been interested in real estate investing my grandfather made a fortune in the buying and holding side of things. I am looking to do the same but also want to flip a few here and there. I am currently enrolled in school to get my real estate license for the state of Colorado, I am hoping to find a mentor to help me with the exam and learn more about buying and flipping.
