I have always been intrigued by the concept of residual income - income that keeps on being generated long after the effort for that income is finished. I have moved to Canada to specifically set up my real estate investing business. Experience: I have been active in buying real estate in India. I plan to learn more about buy and hold real estate investing in Canada. Real Estate Goals: My short term real estate goal for 2018 is do at least 2 deals for small multifamily properties which are cash flow positive (after all expenses and reserves). My 5 year real estate goal is to develop systems to own and manage at least 50 units which are cash flow positive (after all expenses and reserves) Currently Seeking: I am seeking as much knowledge as possible about rental real estate in Canada. I am particularly focused on the city of Oshawa, ON.
