Professional Structural Engineer based in Austin, Texas. Licensed in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas and Arkansas Experience: My real estate experience and mostly been ownership of primary residence in Dallas, Durango and Austin. Completed my first flip during the huge downturn in Austin (2008). My real estate experience did not start of well. I was ripped of by first contractor. I was not able to sell immediately, rented out at a break even rental rate for 18 months. Finally sold at a substantial loss (20K). Real Estate Goals: I would like to start out wholesaling deals to build a bankroll. Move on to flipping properties. Long term goal is to create passive income through long term buy and hold. Would like to purchase 5 SFH per year. Currently Seeking: Wholesale properties to raise a proper bankroll. I am also interested in investing in other markets that are more affordable.
