Gwendolyn Davis

My name is Gwendolyn Davis. I have always been interested in Real Estate since High school. However, I never pursued a career in it. My understanding was you had to have a lot of money to invest. Buying a home to live in and the payout was not in my plan, so I never became a homeowner. I always wanted to buy an investment property and live there. My experience is when I rented my first home, and my landlord asked me to manage his 62 properties. If I own an apartment complex, I will have somewhere to live as well as income. My goal is to move out west and buy me an apartment building, live there, and continue with my dream of investing in real estate. I bought my first house in 2016 and sold it for a profit. Now the bug has bitten me.
