I’m an engineer and newby real estate investor, fairly new to the Dallas area. I am looking to acquire properties that I can buy and hold. To achieve this, I am looking to network with other like-minded investors in the area and continue to grow my sphere of influence. Midterm goal is to build a real estate portfolio that can afford me the option of leaving my W2 job within the next 10 years. Short term goal is to purchase at least two properties by the end of 2020.
