Geoffrey Paugam

I’m Geoff, founder of Grounded Homes LLC. I’m a Williamson College of the Trades alumnus and a PECO lineman, with experience as a real estate agent and investor. Those parts of my background have shaped how I approach a property: the work needs to be done well, communicated clearly, and make sense for the owner’s goals. I started Grounded Homes to help real estate investors, landlords, property managers, Realtors, and homeowners in the West Chester, PA area handle the work that keeps properties moving. Our focus is rental turnovers, pre-listing touch-ups, repairs, punch lists, and small remodels. As we grow, I’m building relationships with qualified, insured tradespeople so we can coordinate dependable work across a range of projects. I know how much time and money can be lost when a turnover drags on or a small repair holds up a listing. My goal is to make Grounded Homes a local company people can trust to show up, communicate, and follow through.
