George Adkins

Hello all! My name is George Adkins and I am from the San Francisco Bay Area. I graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2017. As a sociology major, I developed the skills to analyze and deeply understand interpersonal interaction. My studies gave me the ability to align and interact with people from all walks of life, celebrating their differences while also finding common ground on which to bond. To the real estate profession, I bring extensive customer-service talents and high standards of achievement, which were developed from years of success as an account executive in the sports industry. After college, I began my career with Cal Athletics before working for Oakland Athletics. In both roles, I served my clients with the intent to go above and beyond by keeping them smiling. I bring that same level of quality, integrity, and drive to help real estate clients achieve their property goals. After studying real estate investments for two years, I planned on buying my own home to House Hack. However, after experiencing a pandemic-induced layoff, I came up with a new strategy and turned his hard-earned real estate knowledge into a new career. I obtained my license in March 2021 and have since been busy helping family, friends, and clients build generational wealth through real estate. I currently train youth basketball players as well as coach middle school basketball. I know owning real estate will free up a lot of time. I plan to one day retire as a Realtor, using cash flow from rentals, to sustain myself and allow me to pursue my passion for coaching youth basketball. The plan is to be a long distance investor and I am saving up for my first rental, hoping to purchase soon!
