I am the Principal of Pursuit CRE. Pursuit is a real estate investment and asset management firm focused on attainable, workforce multifamily and other commercial assets throughout Florida. Pursuit CRE seeks to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns through three distinct platforms: Direct & Syndicated Acquisitions, Bridge Lending and Third-Party Advisory. Our Bridge Lending platform is across all CRE asset classes and our advisory work is with value-add multifamily buyers. Pursuit's acquisition focus is on deploying impact capital for recession-resistant, attainable housing primarily in Manatee and Sarasota Counties. I have been in the commercial real estate sector for over 20 years, beginning with real estate finance on both the debt and equity side of commercial investments - closing over $1B of transactions. Prior to Pursuit, I spent over seven years as the sole Managing Director of Vesta Equity, a private commercial real estate investment fund based in Sarasota, FL. We operated through all stages of the recent cycle as I oversaw both the lending and the investment divisions and structured the fund’s capital deployment strategies. Prior to Vesta, I served as an Investment Officer at CapitalSource Finance in their New York City and Orlando offices and as an analyst for a tax credit fund targeting affordable multifamily investments. I am presently on the Board of the Columbia University Club of Sarasota, the Board for the Leadership Manatee Alumni Association and was appointed to the City of Bradenton Affordable Housing Advisory Committee. I am also a member of the Sarasota Commercial Investment Division of Realtors and was previously on the Advisory Board for the University of Florida’s MSRE program. I earned a BS degree in both Finance and Management from the University of Florida and received my MBA from Columbia Business School, graduating with Beta Gamma Sigma honors. www.pursuitcre.com
