Retired builder from Fairfield County CT Currently own multi family units in CT Looking to invest in units in Palm Beach County Experience: I have built and sold homes and condos in Fairfield County CT for 40 years. Currently own and self manage a small portfolio of SF, Multi, Mixed use, Condos, ect. I have Flipped 4 properties, (houses) in PB County over the past three years. Real Estate Goals: I would like to continue to Fix and Flip houses, as well as multi units in PB County. Would be interested in acquiring rental apartments here in North Palm Beach. Currently Seeking: I am looking to meet and network with local Pros in order to learn about investing in PB County. Might be interested in some form of a Mentor to help me expedite this process .
