Gerald Evans

I am a newbie to the real estate investor/ BiggerPockets community. I have been a pharmacist since 2008. I made the commitment in late May of 2017 to seriously educate myself about real estate investing. It started with a podcast and then I started reading books. My next step was joining the Dallas REIA in July 2017. I am preparing to buy my first investment property in the 1st quarter of 2018. My main focus is to be a long term buy and hold investor. I am a husband and a father of two girls 6 years old and 1 year old. They are my determination to be successful in real estate. I want to change my family’s life by creating generational wealth through real estate. I want to leave my daughters with income producing assets to provide for them long after I am gone.
