Gerardo Hernandez

I am a 26-year-old real estate investor originally hailing from Denver, Colorado. Having lived in Arizona for the past 8 years, I have devoted the past 6 years to honing my real estate investment skills. During my time in the military, I diligently educated myself on investment strategies in the real estate industry. In my pursuit of identifying the most effective investment strategies, I tried my hand at various approaches, including purchasing flips, buy and holds, and Airbnbs, among others. Recently, I obtained my real estate license with the intention of sharing my knowledge and experience with others. My success as an investor has afforded me financial freedom at a young age, and I am eager to help others achieve the same level of financial independence.
