New to the Real Estate Investing world and looking to dip my feet into it. I am currently reading books to get an intro to REI (currently reading the Bigger Pockets "How to Invest in RE" and "BRRRR" books) and watching YouTube videos to get more background. Planning to explore the website, learn from others, and network with people in my area. My current plan as of June 2021 is to buy my first home in the Palm Bay, FL area. Looking to do a live-in flip to gain some rehabbing experience as well as to build some sweat equity to build capital.
