Germaine Scruggs

I've worked many different jobs in my life. Recently married and want to live a financially free lifestyle with my wife. I plan to make real estate one of my streams. I'm totally new yet eager to learn whatever it is I need to know to get started. My wife introduced me to shows like income properties and the likes of which has given me more interest and confidence that I will succeed in such ventures. I am an automotive technician with 7 ASE's, and state and emission licenses. I no longer want to work on vehicles for income and I currently work for a subcontractor for the Electric company as a Meter installer. I plan to free myself from working for anyone.
