Gerry Sosa

Hi, My name is Gerry. I am originally from Argentina.I have been living on Long Island,NY for the last 23 years. In September of 2014, I started my Real Estate Investment business with my wife. We purchased a rental property in Rocky Point, NY, on Long Island.I rehabbed it and rented it out within 6 weeks of closing. Its cash flow is ok.We are very happy and looking for more opportunities. I had purchased, in 2007,a Rental Property but unfortunately, I lost it in 2011, because of the market crisis and the lack of knowledge that I now have acquired. I am still working a full time job, but am spending my spare time on educating myself about REI. UPDATE: as of July 29/2016 we closed on our second rental property in York,PA. We rehabbed it and rented it. In 2017, we purchased a Triplex in Wilkes Barre, PA, We rehabbed it and rented it. And now we are looking for another rental Property in PA.
