I have been buying and selling investment properties for 10 years now in the Indianapolis area. I currently own Get Indy Homes LLC (Investment Properties) Allstate Property Management (Property Manager) Valuation Vault (National Appraiser Managaement Company) Choice One Appraisals (Local Investment Appraisers) and currently looking to buy bulk properties in the Indianapolis area. We have teamed up with a out of state financial planner with access to 200+ million dollars to invest. We also are in the begining stages of IRA or 401k rolling over to real estate investments and this appears to be the next wave of buisness for us.
