My wife and I are originally from Washington state, and have lived in CA, NY, OR, and most recently Prescott AZ. Currently we live part time in Mexico, and WA. We started investing in real estate as a business 6 years ago by purchasing multi-family properties and remodeling them for buy and hold - BRR - getting ready to add the other RR's. We've owned and renovated many personal homes over the years, and decided to put our remodeling skills to work.
