I'm an active real estate investor, focusing on sfr's in Memphis, TN. I've been managing Airbnb's in Memphis for 5 years now, and have been house-hacking our homes as well. My wife and two kids have supported me as I've moved us into a third house in as many years to fix it up and get it ready to rent so we can wash, rinse and repeat. I met my wife in Korea (We lived there for 3.5 years), and we have traveled extensively. It has been great to put down roots here in Memphis, although I do get the travel bug here and there.
