I am a seasoned short-term rental host, with property management and real estate brokerage experience abroad. I am keen to learn more about fix & flip, particularly in the San Francisco Bay Area - but also open to Marin and Sonoma counties. Currently, I am looking for the right partner whom I could learn from and help them grow. I am a numbers person, but also very much hands-on. A jack-of-all-trades if you will. I've bought my own house in the past but had to sell it due to a financial constraint. I am now capitalized and eager to jump into the real estate arena full-time.
