Full-time licensed Professional Engineer, part-time mechanical design and equipment engineering consultant, technical instructor, author, entrepreneur, and RE investor. Experience: I got involved in real estate in 1996, implementing capital improvement projects for a nonprofit volunteer organization operating a two-building boarding house property in Worcester MA with 52 beds. After my first year, I served as president of the organization from 1997-2007. Afterwards, I got started investing on my own, acquiring several rental units for cash flow and asset class diversification. I am now currently holding 13 units in Worcester, MA. Real Estate Goals: Focus on building, automating, and improving my processes and systems.
